Crane Landing

Crane Landing is a brand new gated development being built by Lennar.

It’s located on Del Prado Blvd, east of Rt. 41 in North Fort Myers. When fully built the development will have 1100 homes on 387 acres. Currently four models of single family homes in Lennar’s American Dream Series are being offered, 2 are one-story and 2 are two-story homes. Crane Landing homes feature Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” package which encompasses a whole list of smart home features and other upgrades.

Crane Landing has no CDD and HOA fees are very reasonable. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, pool, play area, and walking trail. Homes start in the mid $200,000’s.
