Magnolia Landing Golf & Country Club

Magnolia Landing is a gated golf community in North Fort Myers.

It embraces a sense of southern charm with a stately 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that houses a restaurant (open to the public) and pro shop. Magnolia Landing’s 18-hole Championship Golf Course was designed by golf course architect Gordon Lewis in 2007 and has been nationally recognized.

Home construction began in the early 00’s at Magnolia Landing by Taylor Morrison, then Aubuchon, and D.R. Horton. Eventually the community may have as many as 1500 homes. Currently the number is in the 400’s. D.R. Horton is actively building new homes from their Express and D.R. Horton lines, so this community offers both resale and new construction. New construction home prices in Magnolia Landing begin in the low $200,000’s.

Magnolia Landing embraces the natural Florida environment with a number of preserve areas, open spaces and lots of native flora. Amenities include a top notch fitness center and exercise room, lap pool and resort-style pool, bocce, shuffleboard and a tiki hut. As construction moves into future phases additional amenities are planned. Magnolia Landing fees are moderate. Golf is optional.

Magnolia Landing’s restaurant and golf are both open to the public. The restaurant is open for lunch most days but please check ahead.
