Sabal Springs is a gated 55+ community in North Fort Myers.

Built in the late 80’s through early 00’s, it has 770 single family homes and is fully built out. The community has an 18-hole par 60 golf course, a clubhouse and a beautiful lakefront swimming pool. In addition to numerous social activities and special events, Sabal Springs has 3 Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness area with sauna, billiards, a card room, and an on-site restaurant and lounge. HOA fees are modest, and there is no CDD. In addition to many of the standard services provided, the Sabal Springs HOA also paints the house exteriors every 7 years. Home prices begin in the upper $100,000’s.
